Rules
1. Each school district (grades 7-12) may have one or more teams consisting of six students and one team advisor.
2. The team advisor may teach and coach, but may not complete tasks or find information. They are to create opportunities for the students to plan strategies and solutions.
3. The competition will start at noon on Monday,April 26, 2010 and continue through noon Friday,April 30, 2010 .
4. The competition must be completed on school property using the school's internet access.
5. In the event of a tie, the earliest response will get the win. (If two teams have the same number of points, the first to submit the answers/tasks will win).
6. The sites containing the information will have been checked for suitability for students. (The very nature of the World Wide Web does not allow for all sites to be checked.)
7. Each participating district is expected to have an acceptable internet use policy in place.
8. Questions can be seen throughout the contest and answered in any order. However, once your team clicks "answer" you will have 5 minutes to choose from the given responses. Failure to submit an answer in the allotted 5 minutes will result in zero points being awarded.
9. If you do NOT receive an email with your team name, login & password information, you are not considered registered for this competition. Please go to the "Contact" page if you have any questions. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS April 16, 2010.
